The beginning of my post-BFA work.

These paintings include works that were were created as part of my senior thesis. Works from the Senior Thesis Exhibition utilized the overarching themes present in my work, while exploring the idea of painting as an object. Using very dimensional painting surfaces, and employing the wall as a secondary surface, these works use 3-dimensional space as an aesthetically considered aspect of the medium of painting.

Includes the bulk of the "Taste" series of paintings. This series employs a cropping of the subject that conspicuously leaves out the eyes. These works focus on the definition of male beauty and male sexuality, while still adhering to the focus of my overall body of work.
